Health insurance takes bite out of city budget (Ludington Daily News)

Ludington officials expect the citys revenues to increase by only .1 percent in 2008 while health insurance premiums rise by 32 percent. That combination means the city council will consider a proposed general fund budget that balances at about $5.2 million.
