A HEALTH insurance scheme will go into implementation within 18 months from now and will become fully operative in a phased manner so as to cover nationals and expatriates within a period of four years said Sheikha Dr. Ghalia bint Mohamed bin Hamad al-Thani, chairperson of the national health authority (NHA) in an exclusive interview to the new local Arabic daily Al Arab.
